Barmouth is situated along the Cambrian Coast just beyond the fringe of the Snowdonia National Park in Wales. We are within 5 minutes walking distance of the train station, and 2 minutes walk to the beach.

Situated in 'Old Barmouth' the house is ideally located for leisure walks direct from the doorstep. It is a steep climb but the panoramic view is not to be missed! Neither are the views from the railway bridge heading in the direction of Fairbourne and the woodland walks.

Local Public footpaths provide access to outstanding natural scenery and Cardigan Bay provides vast beaches and spectacular coastline. Barmouth has a very picturesque harbour and a good range of shops, public houses and restaurants. There is a modern leisure centre, public park and tennis courts. The railway station is located in the centre of the town, 5 minutes walking distance from the house, with links to other local coastal towns and the Midlands.
